Without a doubt, we have seen increased interest by both local and out of town developers looking to fulfill the void in our markets. Not only have they clearly identified the needs, they are committing themselves to investing in projects in and around the local area. The levels of enthusiasm and optimism are refreshing to see, and we all can’t wait to see where this all leads.
